  1. Hi Pon.
I own BTS shares. While going over their recent report, I noticed that their projected dividends will drop down to a lower yield starting in 2017. It is currently paying out a Bt0.60 pa and the lower yield is stated at Bt0.22 pa…why is there such a big drop in projected dividend income? Any information you can supply is greatly appreciated.
    Tony

    • 2015/2016 is the last financial year in which BTS committed the proceeds from the BTSGIF deal to be returned to shareholders. They’re ramping up their property segment and will need a ton of cash to get serious with new projects using the company’s landbank. Plus there’s the green line extensions, pink and yellow lines to “spend” on.

Current price (at 10.10) is a bit expensive imo, PE=40.1 EM=24.11

When we see BTS hit 11-12 baht a share, I think BEM will become the better investment for the next few years.
