  1. Hi,
can anyone explain me why differents companies (CHG, Beauty, Vibha and more) decided a split price in May 2015?

  2. Pon, xavi, first of all thank you for the answers.

I understand the advantage of lower stock price, my surprise is timing for split.
They also show a similar pattern in the chart…

I can understand relation in Vibha/Chg (same sector, same div/yeld, probably same biggers shareholders/ board director decision), but Brook and Beauty? it was a coincidence?

    • There is most likely zero link between all of the companies that you’ve mentioned in terms of ownership and management, perhaps their advisers are similar but I think not.

      Brook – crooks
vibha/chg – not related at all! management and ownership are completely unrelated
Beauty – they had to, consumer name, great growth, continued to kick my a$$ in terms of #’s and with increased demand for their shares, they decided to split b/c of their advisers.
