GLAND expects to set up a property fund worth Bt4bn in 1Q14. It has already filed with the SEC. It said that its condo, “Belle Avenue Rama 9 Phase 2”, will be ready for transfer this year, while its Unilever office will be complete and transfer in 4Q14.
