CWT Board approves subsidiary purchases. The board approved budget of Bt133.96mn to have subsidiary CWTG acquire 60% of ARW and hold 5% in APCON. It has approved the purchase by subsidiary KCG of land for a building biomass power plant. (Kao Hoon, 26/10/16)

DELTA reported 9M16 net profit of Bt3.98bn with 3Q16 net profit of Bt1.41bn, down 19.3% on a rise in expenses of 4.2% and fall in sales of 4.1% to Bt11.61bn. (Kao Hoon, 26/10/16)

IHL expects 4Q16 to continue to be good, supported by more orders from big auto players and booking revenue from production and sale of protein byproducts from its leather seat production. Comment: With the government and other major thai companies i.e. Siam Cement Group as its core clients they will easily be able to fill up capacity
 
IRPC
IRPC expects 2016 performance to be good after oil prices rose to US$50/barrel, shoring up its refinery business. It expects a stock gain in 4Q16. It expects higher oil price on higher demand after OPEC reduces output. (Thun Hoon, 26/10/16)

PPP
PPP is talking to a party to invest 15-20MW in power plants abroad. It also plans to invest in 15-20MW solar power for government units to add to its existing 15MW. It targets capacity of 30-60MW within three years. It plans to take part in a Bt200mn project (construction and system set-up for building). PSTC
PSTC targets to commence operations of 45.3MW in 2017. It expects to book revenue of Bt1.2nn. It expects 4Q16 earnings to be good aided by cooperative unit solar farms. (Thun Hoon, 26/10/16)
SCC
SCC will announce 3Q16 earnings today. It expects 3Q16 net profit of Bt15bn or growth of 66%, supported by a strong petrochemical business. It expects 9M16 net profit of Bt44.47bn and 2016 net profit to record a new high of Bt49.34bn. (Kao Hoon, 26/10/16)
SNC

SUPER took part in bids for 50MW waste power plants, put up by ERC. It expects the results to be announced in Oct. It is budgeting Bt130mn to invest in a power plant with a target capacity of 1,000MW this year and 2,000MW in 2017. (Thun Hoon, 26/10/16)
Comment: If they can achieve this lofty target then would the warrant exercise price of THB 4 / share be out of the question? (note, stock is @ ~1.8)
 
TCMC
TCMC expects revenue and net profit to double this year and next year via M&As. It is budgeting £26.25mn to acquire 75% of DM Midlands Limited shares. It expects the deal to be wrapped up in Nov with revenue booked in 4Q16. (Kao Hoon, 26/10/16)
Comment: They are buying growth left right and centre and for the first time this year are open to meeting with investors/analysts.
 
TMI
TMI plans to expand to ASEAN, set up an office in Vietnam and launch new products. It targets exports to comprise of 20% from 10%. It expects a better economy to bring recovery in 2017. It expects 2016 revenue to be close to last year’s Bt546.66mn. (Thun Hoon, 26/10/16)
TPCH
TPCH acquired 5% more in Siam Power, raising its stake to 50%. It plans for this to restructure its business. It plans to take part in a 10MW waste power plant bid in Nov. It plans for this to increase its PPA. It expects to sign the MoU for a power plant project in Laos. (Kao Hoon, 26/10/16)
Comment: Well now they can consolidate SP’s numbers
 
WIIK
WIIK got a project from Wellgrow IE to supply tap water. This will need investment of Bt135mn and produce 17,500 cum/day. It expects this to contribute revenue of Bt1.03bn over the twenty-year contract. (Thun Hoon, 26/10/16)
XO
XO expects 2016 revenue growth of 15% as targeted even though sales to the UK fell in line with the weaker pound sterling. It plans to expand abroad and reduce the portion from Europe to 50%. It expects its new plants to operate in Nov. (Thun Hoon, 26/10/16)
Comment: XO has been talking about doing an M&A for the past 2 years and nothing has yet to materialise.
