NWR

Comment: NWR’s story is well known by now, it’s been able to reverse some past accounting losses in the last few years and they still hope to be able to be a part of the infrastructure spending

PAE
PAE expects to show a robust performance in the first half of the year backed by oil and gas business. 2015 revenue is expected to be Bt1bn. It expects to implement cost control and wipe out retained losses. It plans to ask shareholders to okay a capital increase on July 29. (Khao Hoon, 14/07/15)

PREB
PREB backlog has increased to Bt8bn backed by Bt1bn private project. Management says it plans to bid for a Bt3bn job which it expects will increase revenue to 10% growth this year. (Thun Hoon, 14/07/15)

SOLAR

SYNTEC
SYNTEC expects to report 2Q15 net profit of Bt119mn (+29%) benefitting from Bt1.85bn construction revenue. 2015 revenue is expected to grow to Bt7.4bn. It is ready to bid for Bt10bn in jobs in 2H15. (Khao Hoon, 14/07/15)
Comment: Given it’s small capital base I have my doubts on their ability to grow and take a huge portion of the construction bids, then again if all the larger players are too busy, perhaps it opens up more potential projects for them too, the question of demand/supply…

TAPAC
TAPAC plans to invest in alternative energy and property business at home and abroad, expecting plans to be clear this year. It expects 3Q15 performance to be good and mark a record high in 2H15 backed by numerous orders. It plans to increase capacity from 1,500 tons to 2,200 tons. (Thun Hoon, 14/07/15)
