GPSC fell sharply by 10.12% after GPSC prepared to appeal to the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) after the GLOW acquisition was denied. It has 30 days to appeal on the grounds of maintaining shareholder interest. It reiterated that the acquisition is required by regulations. (Kao Hoon, 22/10/18)
Comment: We have our doubts that this will proceed so lets see how far both fall, in the end it could make GLOW an attractive dividend payer again
ITEL
ITEL expects backlog to reach Bt4bn at the end of this year from the current Bt2.5bn. It expects to be awarded a project from NBTC, which will release the results in two weeks. Management expects revenue growth of 40% this year. (Thun Hoon, 22/10/18)

JAS
JAS will appeal after the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court found it liable for payment of Bt479mn plus interest to a third-party creditor. (Kao Hoon, 22/10/18)

MAJOR says Nakee 2 movie will be released and push 4Q18 results to grow YoY and QoQ. There are many movies in the queue. It expects results to be outstanding this year. (Thun Hoon, 22/10/18)

MGT
MGT will working with a Chinese company to produce products to export to the US with sales target of Bt200mn. It expects sales to reach Bt1bn next year after reaching Bt600mn this year. (Thun Hoon, 22/10/18)
ORI
ORI reported 9M18 presales of Bt20bn. It says presales for two Par Origin projects exceeded its target. Management is confident that presales will reach Bt24bn. The second phase of Park 24 began transfers two quarters ahead of schedule and it will pay off all loans by next year. (Thun Hoon, 22/10/18)
Comment: And yet the share price is down some -35% since its peak as are most property names excl lh and psh, then again ORI was ridiculously valued at one point
PTT
PTT decided to extract subsidiary EnCo from the auction for the three airport rail links, but it is interested in a venture capital with the winner. It says it needs more time to study the technical aspects and the construction business as a whole. BSR and BEM will join the auction on November 12. (Kao Hoon, 22/10/18)

SE targets to receive mega projects. It expects orders to increase more last year’s. Backlog is Bt150mn. It targets revenue growth of 30% this year from last year’s Bt412.8 after it reported revenue of Bt184.13mn in 1H18. (Thun Hoon, 22/10/18)
SIRI
SIRI said it is leader in intelligent condominiums. It plans to apply IoT in its condominiums. The plan is divided into three levels: basic, medium and high. Every project that will be completed next year is already applying IoT technology. (Kao Hoon, 22/10/18)
SONIC
SONIC is confident that revenue will be reach Bt1bn this year, backed by growth in all businesses. It expects 3Q18 results to be good in line with growth in the logistics industry. It targets revenue growth of more than 20% next year. (Kao Hoon, 22/10/18)
Comment: A small IPO that didn’t pop as much as others normally do…not sure what their business is either.
