Comment: A great big picture trade that Beer Chang co (THBEV, charoen) overpaid for and are down massively on (-50%), at the right price its a no-brainer.

VCG VN Equity An Quy Hung co., which relates to BoD Member cum CEO Nguyen Xuan Dong, transferred its entire stake of 277.84mn VCG shares (62.9%) for Pacific Holdings Investment which also relates to Mr. Dong and BoD member Duong Van Mau, via VSD on Feb 23. FYI, prior to the transaction, Pacific Holdings held no share of VCG.
