AOT cutting par value — AOT is to reduce par value from Bt10.00 to Bt1.00 after prices have increased to Bt180.00 to increase liquidity. Financial institutions said that after the reduction in par value, AOT shares would increase by 14.285bn shares and share prices will be no less than Bt20.00. Management is confident that revenues this year will increase by 5%, supported by the rise in passengers to more than 57mn. It is also to increase the non-air revenue proportion by 50%.
