What question(s) would you ask a company?
I’ve been writing these interviews for the Bangkok Post and now ACN Newswire for the past decade with what has basically been the same generic question list of biz model, financials, industry, differentiation, risk, 5 years. And every once in a while I’ll add the history, AEC and an industry specific question.
But what else would you ask? One that came to mind is “What key decisions were made that allowed your company to become the success it is today?”

ROE. Good or bad, relative to the sector, you might (and might not) get a decent reply.

Who is your biggest competitor? (And go invest in that instead).
